How We Build
The business, from the inside out.
WEWELL uses one connected framework to understand, design, structure, activate, operate and develop a business.
The framework contains 18 areas, arranged in five movements. Select a movement to see its areas.
- 01 Business & Market Reality What the market, location, competition, assets and owner objectives actually allow.
- 02 Positioning & Brand Where the business sits, who it is for, and why it should be chosen.
- 03 Concept & Customer Experience What the business is, and what it should feel like to be its customer.
- 04 Offer / Product / Service What is sold, in what form, and why it makes sense together.
- 05 Commercial & Revenue Model How the business earns money and where revenue really comes from.
- 06 Pricing Prices that fit the position, the customer and the cost of delivery.
- 07 Financial Model Investment, costs, revenue and cash, tested before commitments are made.
- 08 Space / Capacity / Physical Model How space, rooms and time translate into what can be sold.
- 09 Operating Model How the business runs each day, and who is responsible for what.
- 10 People & Organization The roles, structure and standards the business needs.
- 11 Systems / SOPs / Technology The procedures and tools that make the standard repeatable.
- 12 Sales / Marketing / Distribution How customers find the business, choose it and book.
- 13 Customer Experience & Retention Why customers return, and what makes them stop.
- 14 Pre-Opening & Launch Readiness Budgets, recruitment, training, testing and readiness before opening.
- 15 Operations / Performance / Management Running the business against agreed standards and numbers.
- 16 Measurement & Business Development What is measured, reviewed and developed, and when.
- 17 Turnaround & Improvement Finding what is not working and fixing it in the right order.
- 18 Continuous Development & Five-Year Roadmap Where the business goes next, year by year.
The framework is consistent. The depth is not.
A five-room neighborhood spa does not require the same level of analysis as a larger wellness business.
WEWELL adapts the depth, sequence and specialist involvement to the actual business: its type, scale, market, owner objectives, investment level, operating reality, stage and the problems identified.
The framework provides the structure. The business determines the depth.
Not an 18-step document.
WEWELL does not simply hand over a document with 18 chapters. The framework is the working structure used to guide:
- Investigation
- Discussion
- Decisions
- Specialist coordination
- Planning
- Execution
- Management
- Measurement
- Development
